What are the benefits of submitting online to Exclusive Connections?
Our FREE online submission software allows you to complete our DIP or Mortgage Application OFFLINE whilst you are in your client's home and then submit ONLINE when you have an internet connection available. DIPS & Mortgage Applications are then delivered securely online to our members packaging system allowing us to begin working on the case as soon as it is received.
Can I submit applications online via Trigold Electronic Trading Centre?
Yes all users of Trigold can submit their applications online to Exclusive Connections via the Electronic Trading Centre.Our application is automatically pre-populated from Trigold's fact find and there is No re-keying of information and it is FREE to all Prospector AAA users. To find details of our Exclusive Products you can log onto the website and go to Lenders and Products, then scroll down to Exclusive Products. Here you be able to download and print off a quick guide to all our exclusive products and also view these by lender.

I have installed the software and it is asking me for a licence key code, where will I find this?
You will find your licence key code by logging onto the website and going to Online Services > Download Online Submission Software page, your licence key it located here. You can now enter this into your software. Please enter the code exactly as shown with no spaces in between the text/digits and click ok. Your software is now ready to use. Do I need to be registered with Exclusive Connections to use this service?
You do not need to be registered with us in order to use this service, just follow the onscreen prompts when submitting via Trigold ETC which will guide you through this process or call us on 0800 578 7272 if you require assistance.
Who can use the online submission software?
Our online submission software is available FREE to all Mortgage Intermediaries who have registered on our website.
Which sourcing systems display your Exclusive Products?
Our Exclusive Products are displayed on all the major sourcing systems, Trigold, Mortgage Brain, Moneyfacts, The Exchange, Place-Me and Mortgage Link. If you cannot find the products you are looking for please telephone us for assistance on 0800 5877272.
I cannot remember my password, but I know my user id
If you cannot remember your password but know your user id, click here Enter your user id in the box and click the "send reminder" button. You will now be sent a password reminder to your email address
Can I complete a new DIP or Application when I am not connected to the internet?
Yes, our software enables you to complete either a new DIP or Mortgage Application OFFLINE whilst you are in your client’s home and then submit to us ONLINE once you have an internet connection available.
Does Exclusive Connections use a generic application form?
Yes we do have a generic application form which is available in either paper format for you to complete and submit to us by post or you can submit an application to us online. If you would like to download our online application software go to Online Services > Download Online Submission Software.
When I submit online to Exclusive Connections is the data encrypted?
This is essential and we use a Thawte Secure Server Certificate, meaning any data transmitted to us online is encrypted and cannot be intercepted.
Why do I need the licence key code?
This is a unique code which identifies you to us when you submit a DIP or Mortgage Application online to us. In order for the "submit" function to work you must enter your licence key code in the software when prompted.
I have not used Exclusive Connections before but I would like to submit business.

I do not know my user id or password details
If you do not know your user id and password please telephone us on 0800 587 7272 and we will be able to email these details to you
Does my software automatically update itself when any upgrades are made
When amendments or upgrades are made to our online software you will be prompted to update your version by simply following the onscreen instructions to complete the update.
How do I obtain a KFI?
You can either obtain a KFI from Trigold, Mortgage Brain or directly from the lender website. You can obtain access to the lender KFI's by logging onto our website and visiting our Packaged Lender Panel
Can I submit a secured loans application online?
Yes you can, Once you have registered with Brilliant Loans, you can submit online and track and check your commissions on your cases
How do I use the online submission software?
To use the online submission software either click “Online Submission Software Use” from the topic drop down selection in this FAQ area or you can refer to our online demonstrations which go through these step by step for you. I want to update my registration details
If you need to update your registration details (for example you may have a new email address) firstly log into the website and then click the update button on the right hand side next to the log out button. You should then enter your password and then confirm this in the box below, edit the details you wish to change and then click submit at the bottom of the page. You have now updated your registration details with us.
What lender addendums will I need to submit along with a completed application form?
You can either telephone us and we can go through this for you or you can download our Generic Application Form Lender Addendums easy reference sheet by visiting our Generic Downloadable Forms page.
Why should I use Brilliant Loans?
Some Lenders require a guaranteed minimum, at Brilliant Loans we find you the best product, regardless of the lender and we DO NOT SELL PPI.
How do I save the details once I have completed a new DIP or Application?
To save the details of your completed form just click the "save" icon located at the top of your screen

What qualifications do I need to introduce a Secured Loan to Brilliant Loans?
No qualifications are required, but you must hold a current customer credit licence with the appropriate category
What about PPI?
We don't sell PPI. Lenders PPI products are frequently not the best available to the clients, so we can leave it to you.
How do I edit a previously saved form?
To edit a previously saved form, just load the form in and then go to the relevant page you want to edit, then click save.
How do I submit my completed form online to my local Exclusive Connections member?
To submit your completed form online to your local Exclusive Connections member firstly ensure you are connected to the internet. Select the completed form you wish to submit online and then click the "Submit" icon located at the top of your screen.
Can I pre-populate a new Application from a DIP?
Yes you can, simply click here and follow the instructions on the webpage
How will I know if the online submission has been successful?
Once you have completed the submit instructions you will be presented with a "thank you" screen. This confirms your submission has been successful and shows your local Exclusive Connections members address & contact details for your reference.
