Exclusive Connections Ltd was formed in 1996. The founders recognised that by uniting local mortgage packaging offices together, larger volumes of business would be produced, increasing bargaining power with key lending partners.
Since we formed, local packagers have continued to work together under the Exclusive name. By sharing our knowledge and experience we have grown into a market leading company, offering services to introducers in excess of 20,000. Our network of local offices has increased to over 50 giving a national presence with offices throughout England, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales.
Our Head Office is based in the heart of Peterborough's Business Park, providing the hub of support. Our Marketing, Sales Support, Finance, Processing and Directors can all be found here. During 2007 we packaged cases with a mortgage value of £2.75 bn.
In a nutshell, our lenders, products and procuration fees are distributed through our network channel of members to Mortgage Intermediaries. All of this whilst maintaining excellent service standards with a high quality of packaging.
